Roasted Coffee Beans: Coffee make’s people go weak at the knees with lust and this jar of roasted coffee beans will do just that. Each whiff is a sensual experience of dark, rich aromas that hold the promise of a deeply satisfying cup of coffee.
Malabar Biryani Masala: Whole spices from Cochin’s spice market, these beautiful, fragrant spices are dry roasted, ground and used as a masala to prepare one of India’s finest Biryanis – The Malabar Biryani. Aromatic, delicate, delicious.
Chammanthi Podi: An amazing dry chutney powder made of coconut, gram flour and spices, this rust coloured dust is glorious. Pour some ghee or coconut oil over a spoonful or simply sprinkle on to your plate as a condiment for idly, dosa or ghee rice.
Kondattam Molagu: AKA Sun Dried Curd Chilis. Chilis soaked in a spiced yogurt mix and dried in the hot Kerala sun. These spicy, crunchy, tangy chilis are fantastic blistered in hot ghee or oil and served as a side dish with rice, idly, dosa or any of your favourite meals.
