Peanut Butter Smoothie
Peanut Butter gets a lot of good press but surprisingly also quite a bad rap from some quarters. We’re firmly on Team Peanut Butter and think it’s not only tasty, it’s also good for you. Like with all things…in moderation. It’s a source of protein and actually a little goes a long way in making you feel satisfied. This is a good thing.
It is perfect on toast, it’s such a help when you want to make a quick Satay sauce, and one of our absolute favourite things to do with it – make smoothies.
We make a Peanut Butter Smoothie with a little bit of a coffee kick that is such a great post-workout meal, it leaves us feeling refueled and so satisfied and is perfect to kick start the day with.
Here’s the recipe with a few modifications for the more adventurous. Enjoy!
