One of our favorite brunch dishes is french toast but if you’re planning to host a brunch, making french toast for each of your guests can leave you spending too much time in the kitchen and not enough time actually enjoying your brunch afternoon.
What better way to serve them all than making a nice large dish of French Toast Bread Pudding. This has all the delicious breakfastiness of a good french toast combined with the warm, cozy feeling of family style dessert. You can even prep it the night before and pop it into the oven just before you want to serve it.
Sprinkle some cinnamon over the top if you like and serve it with maple syrup or jam on the side. Enjoy!
